Transaction Flow
How We Work TogetherWe guide every new partner carefully through each step, from the initial inquiry through to delivery. Please feel free to reach out at any time.
- 1
Initial Inquiry
Contact us by email or the contact form with your material requirements, quantity, intended use, and approximate budget. You are welcome to write in English or Japanese.
- 2
Online Meeting
We arrange a video call (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to discuss specific requirements, quality standards, and scheduling. Physical samples and grading certificates can be sent on request.
- 3
Quotation
We provide a detailed quotation specifying material type, grade, quantity, and delivery timeline. For one-of-a-kind materials such as Abalone pearl, pricing may vary depending on actual stock availability.
- 4
Contract
Once the quotation is agreed upon, we confirm the transaction terms in writing (purchase order / confirmation letter) and proceed to contract.
- 5
Payment
We will provide payment instructions. For international orders, we accept bank wire transfer (T/T) and PayPal. Please let us know your preference and we will accommodate.
- 6
Shipment
After payment confirmation, goods are securely packed and shipped. International shipments go via EMS or international courier (DHL, FedEx). Grading certificates and origin documents are enclosed with every shipment.
