How We Work

Inquiry & Requirement Gathering

Please let us know your desired materials, quantity, intended use, and approximate budget via email or the inquiry form. Domestic inquiries in Japanese are welcome; international inquiries in English are also accepted.

Online Meeting

We discuss your specific requirements, quality standards, and timeline via video call (LINE / WhatsApp / Zoom / Google Meet, etc.). Sample materials and appraisal certificates can also be viewed — postal delivery available upon request.

Quotation

Based on your requirements, we will provide a quotation specifying the material type, grade, quantity, and estimated delivery time. For unique materials such as abalone pearls, pricing may vary depending on actual stock.

Contract

Once you agree to the quotation, we confirm the transaction terms in writing (purchase order / confirmation) and conclude the contract.

Payment

Domestic transactions: bank transfer. International transactions: telegraphic transfer (T/T) or PayPal, depending on your situation.

Shipping & Delivery

After payment confirmation, we securely package and ship your order. Domestic: tracked delivery (Yamato Transport). International: EMS (international mail) or courier (DHL / FedEx). Appraisal certificates and certificates of origin are enclosed with the product.

This varies by material and product. We also accept small trial orders, so please feel free to reach out first.

Can I request samples?

Yes, samples are available upon request. Please contact us for details.

Do you handle international exports?

Yes. We also prepare all necessary export documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) and are able to communicate in English.

Are abalone pearls kept in stock?

Due to their very limited production, stock levels fluctuate. Depending on availability, made-to-order may be required. We will advise you on estimated delivery time during consultation.
